Updates for the 2023-2024 Season

Our current ticket structure uses a pay-what-you-can model to allow for greater accessibility to our concerts. See individual concert pages for links to our online box office.

As of December 2022, on-site sales have been suspended. The online tickets will be available up to the start of the show, and we will have QR codes and links posted at the check in table. Ushers and house managers will be on hand to assist with on-site purchases.

Thanks to our generous supporters, complimentary tickets are available for students, teachers, and community organizations. Complete this form to request tickets.

General Ticket Policies

There are traditionally two ways to purchase advance tickets for CHC concerts:

1: Season Tickets

2: Tickets for individual concerts are available within 2 weeks of the first concert date. See the Season page for each concert for more information.

For help or further information, email [email protected].

Online Box Office

The Capitol Hill Chorale uses Ti.To for online ticket sales. Payments are processed by PayPal (including credit card payments) and Stripe.

Season Tickets

Purchase a season ticket and enjoy a full season of music with one purchase. Season tickets are available for all three concerts. Join our mailing list to learn about season ticket options and other opportunities!

In Person

There will be no box office in the 2023-2024 Season. You may purchase your tickets online up until the concert has begun, but there will be no cash sales. Ushers and concert managers will be on site to assist with purchases/

We will revisit whether this policy will continue permanently at a later date.

Frequently Asked Questions (2023-2024)

May I pay with a credit card at the door?

Only via the online ticket page. We will not have a box office this year. But if you show up without a ticket, there will be a QR code and link for you to purchase your ticket on your phone. We will keep tickets available until 30 minutes after the show is slated to begin.

I bought a ticket for Saturday but I'd like to attend on Sunday instead. Is that OK?

For this season, no. That is because we are limiting our concert attendance and need to keep track of who is attending each day. If you would like to exchange your ticket, please email [email protected].

I can't use my ticket, may I get a refund?

We typically do not issue refunds on individual ticket sales. However, we recognize that the pandemic results in extenuating circumstances. If you feel unwell, contract COVID-19, or are forced to quarantine due to an exposure, please contact us and we'll try to make it right for you.

Can I reserve a seat?

We no longer offer preferred seating. All seats are open to any ticket holder. If you require a seating accommodation due to a disability, please alert our house manager.

Where do children with free tickets sit?

Free children’s tickets require a paying adult. Children 12 and under must have full priced tickets for preferred seating.

Who qualifies for reduced priced seating?

Anyone between the ages of 13 and 30 may purchase a reduced price ticket. We will ask for ID if there is any question regarding age.

What if I lose my online ticket?

We will have a list of online ticket buyers at the door to confirm your purchase.
