The Capitol Hill Chorale, with more than 100 voices, is dedicated to bringing engaging musical performances to the Hill and the greater Washington, D.C. area. Our diverse repertoire includes Western European medieval chant and classical masters, Eastern European Orthodox liturgy, and North American cultural folk and jazz traditions. We've also premiered pieces commissioned by new and well-established North American composers, and shined a new light on lost pieces from Eastern Europe, South America, and the United States Shaker tradition. We continue to broaden our partnerships in the community, incorporate a wider array of musical traditions, and create a more inclusive community of singers.
